Clarification after getting inquired earlier tonight...when I say "win a race", I'm talking about us among little age grouper dudes. I don't fancy myself anywhere near fast enough to do it in a pro field! Just thought I'd elucidate.

I often have the same affliction while reading. I might consider a slight tranqualizer, or if that doesn't work try not eating prior to reading blogs.
I am extremely curious to see how someone can race on a blown IT Band. Wow, that is just about all I can say. Wow!
