Question: I was recently tested at the Pacific Coast of Sport Excellence for sweat loss.Turns out I'm a heavy sweater.In 3 hours I lost 4 pounds while taking in a 3 liters.What would you recommend for pre-hydration for 70.3 race?

glycerol is now banned by the WADA. drink 25-28oz of water every hour leading up to your race, and use Millennium Sport Athlytes.
