I just bought the book, "run with no pain".Every x-ray I have seen my right hip is rotated higher that my left and my sciatic nerve is on fire on my right. So..I should excercise the plan as shown, correct? Station 5 would seem to be done with rt. IT?

yep, as shown, since you likely are at posteriorly rotated R hip.
